Summer Session

West Hill’s Summer Session is open to all students of West Hill school age, including just graduated prekindergarteners. About one half of our Summer Session “campers” attend from neighboring preschools. “Counselors” are all caring and experienced teachers.

Summer Session runs for eight weeks, from the first full week in June through the last full week of July. Our hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon. An optional lunch hour is offered from noon until 1:00 p.m.

About the Program

Our Program has been carefully planned to provide young children with a stimulating and enjoyable morning. It gives the opportunity for relaxed socialization and fun, creative expression and a sense of accomplishment through projects and activities, free and active play on a well-supervised and spacious playground and exposure to various science, nature and theme related topics, such as:

Under the Sea
Down on the Farm
Critters and Creatures That Crawl
Pirates and Mermaids
The Wacky World of Sports
The Circus Is In Town
Happy Birthday, America
to name just a few.
